Ryan Gene Gilley, a cherished father, husband, and son, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2025, at the age of 38 in Porter, Texas. Born in Houston, Texas, on April 12, 1987, Ryan’s life was defined by his unwavering love for family, his warmth, and his kindness.
Survived by his wife Mary Katherine Gilley, children Rylee Brown, Jacob Gilley, and Emma Gilley, as well as his parents Tim Gilley and Deborah Desaulnier, Ryan’s legacy will continue through the countless lives he touched. His brothers Matthew, Scott (Baylee), and William, along with numerous nieces and nephews, also mourn his passing.
Friends and family have gathered online to share their condolences. "He was one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met," shared one close friend. Another commented, "Ryan’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed."
A memorial service will take place on Thursday, July 10, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Rios Funeral Directors in New Caney, Texas.
