Bailee Deems, 18, Remembered After Tragic Highway Collision in Stringtown, Oklahoma
Bailee Deems, an 18-year-old from Stringtown, Oklahoma, lost life following a tragic highway collision on U.S. Highway 69 this past Sunday.
Authorities reported that the incident occurred near Fred’s Fish Camp Road when a commercial box truck struck Bailee’s southbound vehicle, sending it across the center divider into oncoming lanes.
Emergency responders from the Stringtown Fire Department worked urgently at the scene and used specialized equipment to free Bailee from the wreckage.
Paramedics transported Bailee to Atoka County Medical Center, where medical teams made every effort to save life, but Bailee was later pronounced dead.
