Known for his large heart and infectious spirit, Billy made an impression on everyone he met, always stepping up to help those in need and ensuring those around him felt supported and cared for.

Friends took to social media to express their sorrow and condolences. Brian Hawley, a lifelong friend, described Billy as "the guy who went out of his way to make sure everyone was having a good time" and praised his unwavering kindness.

Billy leaves behind his daughter Grace, his loving girlfriend Amber Simpson, and sisters Samantha and Faryn, who remember him as the glue holding their family together.

In a final act of generosity, Billy chose to be an organ donor, reflecting his lifelong commitment to helping others.
