Corey Severa Remembered As Family Organizes Support For Sarah After Sudden Passing This Past Weekend
Corey Severa passed away unexpectedly this past weekend after an accident, leaving family and friends focused on caring for Sarah, who turns 13 in July.
Melissa Severa created a fundraiser on May 20, 2026, in Cypress, TX, to support Sarah’s stability, care, and future needs.
The fundraiser has raised $2,085 toward a $6,000 goal through 15 donations.
The fund will help with grief counseling and therapy, school and extracurricular expenses, clothing, daily needs, future educational opportunities, and other needs directly supporting Sarah’s well-being.
Melba Severa, Sarah’s grandmother, and Shawn Severa, Sarah’s uncle, will manage the funds and direct them toward Sarah’s care and services.
Family members said Sarah remains deeply loved and surrounded by support during this difficult time.
