Hallie Celeste Helmes Remembered After June 8 Passing As Family Fundraiser Supports Funeral Costs And Future Memorial Plans
Hallie Celeste Helmes, a Turpin High School alum, passed away on June 8, according to a family message shared through a GoFundMe created on June 14, 2026.
Rebecca Anne Schafer organized the fundraiser with permission from Hallie’s parent, Richard Rick Helmes, and stated that all funds will go directly to the family for funeral costs.
The fundraiser had raised $955 toward a $1K goal through 14 donations, with the page showing 0% complete.
Richard Rick Helmes remembered Hallie as intelligent, artistic, caring, multi-talented, and deeply loved by family and friends.
Hallie is survived by parents Rick and Paula, older sibling Elyse, and Ramsey, their 9-year-old child.
The family said memorial service details and the full obituary will be announced at a later time.
