Jacob Lee Woods, Cherished Son, Father, and Friend, Passes Away at 29 in Elon, NC
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Jacob Lee Woods, a beloved son, father, and friend, who tragically passed away on March 17, 2026, at the age of 29 in Elon, North Carolina.
Jacob was known for his kindness, humor, and warmth, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew him. His absence is felt deeply by his family, friends, and the community. Jacob is survived by his parents, Roy Woods and Andrea Adams, his daughter Chloe Woods, and his siblings, Amber Woods and Justin Kosanke. He was also predeceased by his grandparents, Holly and Grady Adams.
A visitation to honor Jacob's memory will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Baptist Church, located at 301 S Third St, Mebane, NC.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to a GoFundMe for Jacob's daughter, Chloe, as they navigate this heartbreaking time.
As the community gathers to mourn Jacob's passing, they also celebrate his life and the joy he brought to everyone around him. His love and spirit will continue to live on in the memories of those he touched.
