Jarvis Butts, a man who had been serving time for the tragic death of 13-year-old Na’Ziyah Harris, was found dead on the morning of March 26, 2026, at the Charles Egeler Reception and Guidance Center in Jackson, Michigan.
Butts had been sentenced on March 12, 2026, to 35 to 60 years in prison after pleading guilty to second-degree murder for Harris’ death.
