Madison is survived by spouse Karly Whitehurst, children Krew, Kohen, and Kamp, parents Paul Whitehurst and Amy Sistrunk Whitehurst, siblings Austin Whitehurst and Grayson Whitehurst, nephew Waylon, niece Ellee, and many cousins.
