Henderson Community Mourns Shanna Gish, 54, After Highway 41A And KY-425 Crash
Shanna Gish, 54, died after a two-vehicle crash around 3 p.m. on Wednesday at the intersection of Highway 41A and KY-425 in Henderson County, Kentucky.
Emergency crews took three people to nearby hospitals after the collision, including Gish, who had driven one of the vehicles.
Medical teams treated Gish at Deaconess Midtown Hospital, where Gish died two days later on Friday.
The Vanderburgh County Coroner’s Office confirmed Gish’s identity and said the death resulted from crash-related injuries.
The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the circumstances of the collision, and officials have not released further details about the cause.
