Abigail Miller, 21, of Vanceburg, Kentucky, lost life Wednesday night, May 20, 2026, after a head-on collision near Industrial Parkway and County Road 1630 in Greenup County.
Authorities said the collision happened around 9:25 p.m., and the Greenup County Coroner’s Office pronounced Abigail Miller at the scene.
Kentucky State Police Post 14 responded and continues to review how Miller’s vehicle crossed left of center before the impact.
Two people in the other vehicle went to a nearby hospital, and officials have not released their conditions.
Crews closed the roadway for a period while responders assisted at the scene and investigators documented evidence before traffic resumed.
The loss has deeply affected Greenup County and the Vanceburg community, where many now remember Abigail Miller’s young life with care and sympathy.
