Leon Scott Chaudion passed away on May 19 at 9:17 PM after being born sleeping at 30 weeks.
Leon weighed 3 lbs 7 oz and measured 16 3/4 inches long.
During pregnancy, Leon received a diagnosis of a very rare kidney condition, and family members Devin and Alissa Chaudion spent precious time holding and loving Leon.
Brooke Leonard organized a fundraiser on May 27, 2026, to help the Chaudion family with funeral costs and grief care.
The fundraiser has raised $925 of a $1.1K goal through 15 donations.
