Premont Community Mourns 16-Year-Old Recent Graduate Librado Telles Jr. After Fatal Late-Night Incident
Premont, Texas, is mourning Librado Telles Jr., a 16-year-old recent Premont High School graduate who died days after celebrating graduation.
Jim Wells County authorities said the incident happened around 11:30 p.m. Sunday at a home in the 600 block of Southwest 8th Street.
Emergency crews responded after reports involving a teenager, and officials later confirmed that Librado died from injuries sustained at the residence.
Investigators have not yet shared what led up to the incident, and officials have not announced any arrests or publicly named anyone connected to the matter.
Friends, classmates, teachers, and family members had recently gathered to celebrate Librado’s graduation and future plans.
