Ross A. Highcrest Sr., 41, of Pembroke, was found dead on Saturday, June 6, 2026, in the 800 block of Mary C. Road in St. Pauls, North Carolina.
Robeson County deputies responded at about 7:41 a.m. after a 911 call reported a domestic disturbance involving a vehicle driven into a home’s porch, causing major property damage.
Authorities found Ross A. Highcrest Sr. deceased at the scene, and the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office continues to review the circumstances through its Homicide Division.
Investigators continue gathering evidence, speaking with witnesses, and preparing findings for the Robeson County District Attorney’s Office after the review ends.
