Tag Williams, 26, died after a motorcycle crash on State Route 350 near Clarksville on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, leaving Clinton County in mourning.
Williams traveled westbound just before 3 p.m. when investigators said the motorcycle did not make a curve in the road.
The motorcycle left the pavement and struck a guy wire and a roadside sign, and emergency responders provided care at the scene.
CareFlight transported Williams to Miami Valley Hospital, where medical staff later pronounced Williams dead after urgent treatment.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol said the crash involved one motorcycle and that investigators continue to review road conditions and other possible factors.
