Jamal Josiah Malik Ringrose, born on January 11, 2011, died on June 4 at 5:53am at the age of 15.
Whitney Ringrose created a fundraiser today, Sunday, June 7, 2026, to celebrate Jamal’s life and help arrange a fitting farewell.
The fundraiser has raised £2,677 toward a £7,000 goal through 66 donations.
Whitney described Jamal as loved, brave, charismatic, talented, kind hearted, funny, protective, intelligent, strong, ambitious, and deeply valued by the community.
The family also hopes to hold a celebration of life for young people who knew Jamal, offering them a meaningful space to gather and remember.
Details regarding memorial services will be announced at a later time, and the family will share obituary and funeral arrangements soon.
