Paisley and Parker Sandidge Remembered After Vacation Rental Pool Accident Near Walt Disney World On June 12, 2026
Paisley and Parker Sandidge, twin 5-year-old children from Riverdale, Georgia, died after a pool accident at a short-term vacation rental home near Walt Disney World on June 12, 2026.
The family had arrived less than 12 hours earlier for a planned summer vacation, according to information shared by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
Emergency responders found the children unresponsive in a backyard pool after a 15-year-old at the home called 911 while a parent had briefly gone to a nearby grocery store.
The children were airlifted to Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando, where medical teams worked to save them before both later died.
Officials said detectives are reviewing the case as standard procedure when children die, while the Orange County Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the official cause and manner of death.
Family friend Britney Mitchell started a GoFundMe titled “A Loving Farewell for Paisley and Parker” to support parent Courtney Sandidge with funeral and burial expenses, and the campaign had raised more than $17,000 as of Monday.
Memorial service details will be announced later by the family.
