Milan Maharjan Remembered After 37-Year-Old Temple Resident Died In Early Sunday Single-Vehicle Crash And Fire
Milan Maharjan, 37, of Temple, died early Sunday morning after a single-vehicle crash near W Adams Avenue and NW HK Dodgen Loop.
Temple police said officers responded at about 7:39 a.m. after a vehicle struck a utility pole and caught fire.
Emergency crews secured the scene, and Justice of the Peace Rosanne Fisher pronounced Milan Maharjan deceased at the location.
Officials reported no other injuries from the crash, which temporarily affected traffic as motorists used alternate routes.
The Temple Police Department’s Traffic Reconstruction Unit spent several hours documenting evidence, checking roadway conditions, and reviewing what led to the collision.
Family, friends, and community members are mourning Milan Maharjan as a cherished part of Temple whose life ended far too soon.
